Most of the teachers aide in the US hold regular 9-5 jobs apart from becoming a part-time aide. The position offers attractive pay but sometimes it is not enough to support a growing family and so a 9-5 job would be the best bet for security and financial safety.

The best rewards that a teachers assistant would receive has to be one on a personal level. Those who have a big heart and love to see the successes of others, especially these kids they have coached would be idea for the job. Therefore a teachers aid should have the right character and mindset in order to thrive and succeed in this field.
